At Amato Jewels, you can expect your purchase to arrive to within 30 days for most orders. It will take a duration of 21 working days or less to manufacture and will be delivered to you in 2-3 days.
Amato Jewels’ orders are shipped with secure carriers. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. Please note that we only provide shipping service to order below RM15,000.
When will Your Order be Shipped?
For every order with Amato Jewels, you will find an estimated arrival date listed in the product details for each item. This arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.
If you place your order before the cut-off time on a regular business day (Monday – Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
If you place your order on a holiday, Saturday, Sunday, or after the cut-off time on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping to alternate address
If you will not be home to sign for your order, Amato Jewels can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Your order delivery method is determined by the price of your order. You’ll find your method of free shipping listed on the Shipping Information page within the shopping cart. You can only choose to pick up at door-step when the order is more than RM 15,000.

Each item will arrive in a ring box inside a Amato Jewels gift box. For a special touch, we’ll include a free gift card and enclose your item in our distinctive Amato Jewels packaging. From our classic ring presentation boxes to our soft jewellery pouches, every item arrives presentation-ready.
Packaging Of Diamonds And Set Rings
Loose diamonds or built rings will be presented in a ring box. Loose diamonds will be held in place by a tension-secured spring ring for presentation purposes only and should not be worn.
